Welcome to ReelCrafts, a U.S.-based online marketplace owned and operated by Reelcrafts LLC (“ReelCrafts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.reelcrafts.com (the “Site”) and any related services.

By using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Definitions
In this Agreement, the following capitalized terms have the meanings set forth below:

  • Platform: the ReelCrafts marketplace at www.reelcrafts.com

  • User: any person or entity who uses or visits the Platform in any capacity

  • Seller: any user who registers to list or sell products on the Platform (referred to on the Site as “Makers”)

  • Buyer: any user who makes a purchase from a Listing on the Platform

  • Listing: an offer to sell a Product via the Platform

  • Order: a Buyer’s purchase of one or more Products

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

Buyers and Sellers must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep credentials confidential.

Buyers and Sellers each act as independent contractors; no agency, partnership, or employment relationship with ReelCrafts is created by use of the Site.

ReelCrafts may suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

2. Marketplace Overview

ReelCrafts is only a venue for independent Sellers and Buyers: we do not hold title to products, manufacture goods, or enter into sales contracts. All transactions occur directly between Buyer and Seller. ReelCrafts is not responsible for product quality, fitness, or safety.

3. Sellers

Sellers shall be fully bound to all policies and terms found in the Seller Agreement located at www.reelcrafts.com/seller-agreement. 

Sellers are solely responsible for their Listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, shipping policies, and customer service.

Sellers must ship orders within communicated timeframes, using reliable, trackable methods and sufficient insurance to cover full item value. Sellers bear all risk of loss until Buyer receipt.

Prohibited conduct for Sellers includes listing illegal goods, mass-produced items, or unrelated products. ReelCrafts may remove any Listing or close stores at our discretion.

4. Buyers

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all product information before purchasing, including shipping timelines, specification requirements as applicable, customization options, and understanding individual Seller return and refund policies. All purchases are subject to the Seller’s stated return and refund policy. However, if a Seller does not post a standard return and refund policy, ReelCraft’s standard policy will apply. 

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or third-party right

  • Post or sell Prohibited Items (defined as any illegal items or anything disallowed in the Seller Agreement) or otherwise infringing content

  • Engage in or encourage off-Platform transactions or communications (e.g., direct emails, phone calls, external messaging)

  • Scrape, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise disrupt the Site

  • Impersonate others or create unauthorized accounts

6. Intellectual Property & Indemnity

  • All Site content (logo, text, design, software) is owned by or licensed to ReelCrafts. No unauthorized copying or distribution.

  • All Users retain ownership of their uploaded images, Product information, reviews, or other uploaded content, but grant ReelCrafts an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free license to  display, promote, or otherwise use the content for promotional, advertising, or other purposes.

  • Sellers warrant their Listings do not infringe any third-party rights and agree to indemnify and defend ReelCrafts against any infringement claims.

  • Users agree to make truthful statements in any reviews.

7. Order Fulfillment & Disputes

  • Sellers handle all fulfillment and shipping; Buyers should first contact Sellers to resolve any issue with an Order.

  • If Buyer and Seller cannot agree, ReelCrafts may step in with a final determination or refund.

8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute between you and ReelCrafts under these Terms will first go to good-faith mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, it will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Florida.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelCrafts’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to the fees you actually paid to ReelCrafts for the specific Order(s) giving rise to the claim during the 12-month period preceding the claim.

10. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance. We may—but are not required to—notify you by email.

11. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure by ReelCrafts to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy at www.reelcrafts.com/privacy-policy.
